Q - How do i book to come and stay with you?

A - You can book your stay through Hoseasons by following this link

Q - I've received my confirmation from Hoseasons but it doesn't give me Check In details.
A - Five days before your visit, you will receive an email from Brigg Marina (please keep an eye on your junk email folder).  This will confirm your booking and give you directions to our site and useful information about our lodge park and the surrounding area.  Two days before your visit, you receive another email from us.  This will contain the follow information
  • The codes for the secure gates, valid for your stay.

  • Your lodge number and code for the key box at your lodge you give you access.

  • A site map indicating your lodge location and parking space allocation. See further FAQ regarding extra parking.

Q - Can I bring my dog with me?
A - Yes, providing you have booked a pet friendly lodge and paid the fee for your pet. We only allow pets in certain lodges so that people with allergies can book a lodge that hasn’t had pets in.
Q - Is there somewhere I can walk my dog?
A - Yes, you can walk your dog around the marina, but please ensure to pick up any dog waste.  In the lodge folder there are also details of walks round the area.
Q - Do you have Wi-Fi?
A - Currently there is no Wi-Fi on site, however 3G & 4G work well
Q - How do we Check in and get access to our lodge?
A - We run a self Check In service.  As mentioned above, you will receive the code for the gate and the key box code 2 days before your visit.  On the front of your lodge there is a key box.  You can open this with the code you have been sent.
Q - How do we Check out?
A - Once you are ready to leave, please place all your rubbish outside and leave the lodge tidy and put the key back in the key have been sent.
Q - What time can I arrive?
A - You can arrive from 5pm onwards.  Please do not come any earlier as we will be busy getting your lodge ready for you.
Q - What time do I have to check out by?
A - Check out is 9am, and we do ask that you don’t leave any later than this time.
Q - Can I get a supermarket delivery to the site?
A - Yes, this is fine, but please ensure that it is delivered after you arrive and that you don’t give the driver the gate code.
Q - What white goods are in the lodges?
A - All lodges have a fridge, dishwasher and oven.  We do not have washing machines or freezers.
Q - Do all lodges have showers?
A - All lodges and a bathroom and, depending on the size, at least one ensuite shower room.
Q - Do you provide linens and towels?
A - Yes, all beds are freshly made up for your arrival.  There is also a bath towel for each person.  Each bathroom has a hand towel and a bathmat.
Q - Can I park outside my lodge?
A - Yes, there is parking for one car outside your lodge.  Other vehicles should be parked in the overflow car park.  Directions and how to access are included on the email you receive 2 days before your visit.
Q - Can I hire a travel cot?
A - Yes, we have travel cots, high chairs and stair gates.  Please request these at the time you make your booking with Hoseasons.
